Dear Americas Best Value Inn Members:
Americas Best Value Inn has a strong strategic alliance with our preferred
insurance vendor, Best Choice Insurance Agency, Inc. This firm is
owned by Michael J. Boone and is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
You will be receiving a phone call from their Marketing Department
this summer asking if you would like to receive insurance quotes for
property, liability and worker's compensation. We encourage you to
take advantage of this offer by providing them with your insurance
information (Best Choice will inform you of what information is needed).
Our request is two-fold. First, we are in the process of developing
understanding underwriting information for a potential captive insurance
program for our members. The captive research takes a long time and
the information you provide could be very helpful at a later date.
Thus, even if you don't desire to change agents or providers, we (your
Brand) would still benefit greatly from your assistance in providing
loss-run information. Secondly, and at the same time, you may be able
to reduce your insurance costs and increase your coverage for your
next renewal. Either way, please understand that there is no obligation
and, as we have always allowed, you are free to use the agent of your
choice.
