Insurance Coverage: Each Best Value Brand property is required to provide Americas Best Value Inn a current Certificate of Insurance on the Acord form.

All insurance companies shall have a current A.M. Best rating of A or better. The insurance policies must include all of the following items:

1. Additional Insured: Americas Best Value Inn Membership Brand, Inc., their agents, Servants, Employees, Officers and Directors, 9305 West Sample Road, Coral Springs, Florida 33065

2. 30 days written notice of cancellation.

• ABVI requires a Certificate of Insurance on proper Acord form, providing comprehensive (Broad Form CGL) commercial general liability coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 with excess liability coverage in the amount of $4,000,000 (per occurrence/per location) – total $5,000,000. Limits must be per location and defense costs must be supplementary payments. Endorsements limiting coverage for bodily injury are not accepted.

• Contractual insurance
• Independent Contractors
• Personal Injury
• Liquor Liability (if alcohol is served)
• Owned automobile liability (if vehicles are owned in business name)
• Hired automobile liability
• Non-owned automobile liability
• Worker's Compensation and Employers Liability
• If property and/or signage are leased from Americas Best Value Inn Brand Management, evidence naming Americas Best Value Inn as Loss Payee or Mortgagee.
